Just punch a hole in the top of the wood snowflakes and run some pretty ribbon through and hang it on your tree. You can either paint them or leave them plain. Both ways would look nice. You could paint the snowflakes with white puff paint for a snow effect and then top if off with some glitter paint to really make it sparkle.
