Refund policy

Items are accurately described and include accurate portrayals in photos. Refunds will only be given on items that fail to be delivered or if there was an error on our part. Feel free to contact us if there is a problem. We will make sure that it is made right! Custom orders will not be refunded. No refunds will be made for any reason after 10 days of receipt of your order. All shipping charges are non-refundable. In the event that the actual shipping charges were higher than the price charged for shipping then the actual cost will be non-refundable. Return shipping will be the responsibility of the purchaser if your return is approved. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
